Here's a plug for Hammock forums guys. Since we're making our own boats, why not our own shelters? To date I've made a Spear hammock, A Hennessey copy, and currently finishing a Bridge hammock. Hammocks are fun to make and easy also.

The thing I like best is incorporating elements from several manufacturer into one freakin awesome hammock.

You're way beyond me in sewing capability. Cheaper for me to buy the finished product. Last hammock I made was from a section of a B-52 drag chute.
