New Combing for T-V

When fishing recently I fell on some moss and slick rocks and busted the combing on my T-V.
I got to thinking about the combing and how I use a yak ( I know Jack first mistake red neck thinking) Paddling I had hun my fingers and finger nails on the lip on top of the combing and the lip will never be used for a splash skirt so here is what I did.

After doing the multiday trip with Jack I loved it very smooth no skent nuckles are broke nails.

You are continually thinking about your builds, and often "thinking outside the square"

I bloody like that. You are giving us pause to think about how we are doing things and how those things might be done better. This is the way in which all things evolve and you are leading the charge mate.

Your new coaming will be very strong and if it works for you and what you want your boat to do then it is a great coaming. For me, this is the beauty of building our own boats, our way.
