This 30+ yr. old boat needed some love.

Previous attempts to fix with spray insulation did not work:

Discovered the ply was 3/16". I only had 1/4" so I ran it through the planner. Fit perfect.

The BeeKeeper loves to work with boats - and eat. Check out his hands and his tummy.
More than either of those, though, he loves his family. He dotes on them, and enjoys them a lot. I've seen the grin on his face; he can't hide it.

JD, is the blue color to camouflage the boat to the fish? If so, does it work?

Sorry I missed your question when you posted it in Oct.
I could say it blends in with the blue sky and the fish don't think it is a boat. The boat is not mine so I don't know if that works or not. I think the original color was blue, or it was some left over paint I had from another project.
Looks good to me but what do I know. I'm partially color blind. Maw Maw Bee has the final say on color choices.
