Mornin';
I love this recipe. "Pol"ghetti or Polish Spaghetti. I learned this from a guy in the Navy. He was from Wis. and his family was Polish. We used to take this to DeerCamp in a Cast Iron Dutch Oven. We reheated it on the Fire. It is awesome,....and super easy.

01 12oz-16oz Package of Kluski (or Wide Egg) Noodles
02 14oz cans of Sauerkraut
2 lbs Kielbasa (or your favorite Smoked Sausage, Venision if you got it)
01 26oz can Cream of Mushroom Soup
01 Package of fresh Sliced Mushrooms

Cook Noodles according to directions on the package. PreHeat Oven to 275 - 300 degrees. Chop Sausage into 1 inch chunks, and brown on Med. in Large CastIron Dutch Oven. After sausage is browned to your liking, add the SLiced Mushrooms, the Can of Cream of Mushroom Soup and the 02 cans of undrained sauerkraut. Stir. Salt and Pepper to taste. Drain and add the Noodles. Stir. Place DutchOven in the oven for 45-60min. Eat with a loaf of Hot Crusty type bread and a Cold Beer. Don't throw away the LeftOvers (if there is any), it's even better tommorrow. :lol:
