Earlier today my family and I stopped in to see Keith and Seedtick and we were half-way successful. Tick was not there, but Keith was, and was just as kind and hospitable as ever. It's always a joy to stop in and see the current project(s). We got to see and feel the John Folse duguout and it's a beauty!! Don't tell me that craftsmanship died out, at least not while Keith and Tick are making things like this. The newest pirogue is well underway and is all planked and ribbed, single cypress planks down both sides, of course. The shop was as neat and orderly as ever. Wish I could keep my violin shop that nice.
