Tried callin' in sick

Called my boss this morning to tell her I wouldn't be coming to work on account of being under the weather.
She asked me what was wrong, so I told her I was sufferin' from "Anal Gloucoma".
"ANAL GLOUCOMA!!", she screamed.. "Just what is THAT!!"
"Well", I replied, (in my best sick voice),
"I just can't see my rear-end makin' it in to work today!!" :lol: :lol: :lol:

Ever had one of those sick days??

Lee, when you're retired, EVERY day is like that. Tough duty, but someone has to do it. sigh

Mate, "sickies" are an institution here.

Most of us get between 8 and 15 paid sick days per year AND WE BLOODY TAKE EM!!! :lol: :lol:

speaking is which, soon as the weather clears up here, I can fell one coming on. it is of no use to waste a sicky when you are too sick to do anything.

One of my Project Managers pulled that on me after the Ohio State/ Florida game last year. Since I am a Gator fan, his glaucoma day was granted.
