Twinkies contain all the food groups. The four basic food groups are:
1. Fat
2. Sugar
3. Preservatives, and
4. Whatever that white stuff is in Twinkies.
4.1 (The white stuff is lard and sugar with preservatives whipped in)
If you look at things logically, in 1901 humans only lived to an average of 45 years old.... no preservatives in food. Humans now live to an average 78 years old.... TONS of preservatives in food. Need I say more?
