I really like the Bear metal take apart risered bows. I have an A, a B and a C riser with assorted limbs. The little Kodiak Super Magnum is another of my favorites, I just can't shoot it too well as I have a 29 inch draw and they stack so bad. The Kodiak Mags in lighter weights work well for me, have several old models in the 40 weight ranges and a new Ladies version in a 25 lb weight. Just plain fun to shoot.

Don't get into archery. You'll start collecting these things. You might

Are your mag 48 inch or 52 inches in length , they built both sizes .
The 48 was a Bear :lol: to shoot.

There both 52". There still hard to shoot straight. If ya get used
to one, a 60" is like driving a Caddilac. I never shot a 48" before.
Bear used to made a counterweight that screwd on the front. One
of them has the threds for it. I was thinking about making one. They
look like plain old 3/8" threads.

Definitely do not get into shooting recurves as it is adictive. These are only the ones that I don't take down to store.

I love the short bows but you really have to hunt to find one in the lighter weights so that at a 29 inch draw you have something you can manage.....

Also got some Hoyts, Black widows, a Browning, Had to have an Allen compound, Dynabow and a few others. Only one long bow which I competed in 3D's with for several years. Target shooting I relied on my Hoyt takedowns.
