ARTHUR:
Now look here, my good man--
FRENCH GUARD:
I don't wanna talk to you no more, you empty headed animal food trough wiper! I fart in your general direction! Your mother was a hamster and your father smelt of elderberries!
GALAHAD:
Is there someone else up there we could talk to?
FRENCH GUARD:
No. Now, go away, or I shall taunt you a second time-a!

The Devil got to me and I posted this on Matt's web site about Zeb's misery with his new boat.......

Darn Zeb

I was wishing that you would of been happy with the boat when you got a chance to paddle it since you did such a good job making it.

Cheer up it looks like you might have to make another one so you can have some fun. Who knows you might like that next one. Laughing

Welcome to the world of fun an good times in the Wood Boat you built. As the ad says , double your pleasure , double your fun , paddle a wood boat that you made.

Looking Good on the water. Very Happy

Chuck.

Hi Bearridge
We are on the River Wear at a place called Bishop Auckland in County Durham in the North East of England.
I was born about a mile down from where the piccies were taken and my oldest brother learned to paddle here in a canoe made by my uncle(wood and canvas) about forty odd years ago!!!!
She turns into quite a big river further on and there is a long history of ship building in the Sunderland area.
She also goes through the city of Durham which hosts a cathedral and a castle.

We had a great time paddling in the sunshine, spotting mallard ducks and watching for the fish jumping, the midges were a pain in the arse though!!!
all the best zeb

Friends Ellie & Zeb,

Goodonyamaaaaates :D

Enjoy your beautiful new boat and thank you for sharing your build with us.

Please keep sharing you adventures in her.

God bless your beautiful boat,
and all who paddle in her.
May she allways track straight and true
and find waters clear and deep.

May the wind and tide be your friend
and be allways at your back.
:D
